There is a lot of conflicting information out there about which fruits and vegetables are safe to eat for those of us with Fructose Malabsorption. I’ve looked a quite a few different charts and compiled my own using the most common fructose amount attributed to each food. Use this chart as a guide–only you can figure out what your body will tolerate on your Elimination Diet.
I’ve also whipped up a sugar chart that indicated which sugars are OK for us to have, and which we should avoid.
