A classic! And this gluten-free Whole Foods bread works well with it.
- 2 slices of Whole Foods All Natural Gluten Free Sandwich Bread
- 1 slice of your favorite cheese (I like American for this)
- a bit of butter
Toast the bread a few times until it’s not frozen. Butter one side of each piece. Place one slice butter side down in a pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Lay your cheese on the bread and the put the remaining piece of bread on the cheese, butter side up. When the first piece of bread is golden brown, flip it over until the second slice is golden brown.
