I usually cook dinner on Sunday night and then eat the leftovers of that meal throughout the week. Last weekend I was too lazy to make anything and by week’s end I was starting to get desperate for something different. I always have leftover rice, so I threw that in the microwave with some cheese and: ta-da! The easiest meal ever.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked white rice
- 1/8 cup of grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup of grated white cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup of Swiss cheese
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 tablespoon of butter
Directions
Grate your cheese if they are in block-form.
Combine all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Mix together.
Time: 3-10 minutes, depending on whether or not your cheeses are grated.
