Easy Cheesy Rice2__No Sugarless Gum

I usually cook dinner on Sunday night and then eat the leftovers of that meal throughout the week.  Last weekend I was too lazy to make anything and by week’s end I was starting to get desperate for something different.  I always have leftover rice, so I threw that in the microwave with some cheese and: ta-da!  The easiest meal ever.


  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 1/8 cup of grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup of grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 cup of Swiss cheese
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon of butter


Grate your cheese if they are in block-form.Easy Cheesy Rice__No Sugarless Gum

Combine all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Mix together.

Time: 3-10 minutes, depending on whether or not your cheeses are grated.
