Last weekend I made a really great bread from the blog An Edible Mosaic. I’m not going to rewrite the recipe here because I didn’t need to substitute anything! Although I did use water instead of coconut milk and it worked great. Though it looks a little different from the original and I’m guessing that’s why.
I really wanted to get that cool break in the top of the bread that the original pictures had. I’m not sure what caused it (or why I was so into it) but I guess it just happens!
This is perfect for toast and butter (although it wasn’t as great with my Strawberry Jam as I had hoped, for that I would definitely eat it with Easy Nut-Butter Bread using cashew butter), for sandwiches or grilled cheese!
