Last weekend I made a really great bread from the blog An Edible Mosaic. I’m not going to rewrite the recipe here because I didn’t need to substitute anything! Although I did use water instead of coconut milk and it worked great. Though it looks a little different from the original and I’m guessing that’s why.

Making bread can’t possibly be any easier than this. Or more delicious. I found this recipe on Supermom CEO and didn’t have to change a thing!
