I was told by a doctor that Gatorade’s “G2” is an acceptable drink for people who suffer from Fructose Malabsorption. Which is only sort of true. The added sugar in G2 is sucralose which I don’t know too much about, but I feel like it’s best not to take chances.
This recipe is adapted from Kitchen Stewardship, and it was really easy to make. It tastes great but isn’t overpowering and it’ll be nice to have something to drink when I play tennis that isn’t lame, like water. Continue reading
